3 Things To Try When You’ve Lost Your Motivation – Best Boudoir Photography Toronto

You might be wondering why I am offering advice on motivation. My number 1 goal is to motivate you to be the best version of yourself. I know what it’s like to be a busy woman. Work, relationship, motherhood, family obligations. I hear you friend. Sometimes along the way, we can lose track of why we started. How to get back that same fire we had before. I have been there a few times too. Here is what has worked for me.

  1. Remember how far you have come! I know, sometimes we can tend to over look this, as we plug along in our daily lives. Just stop for a moment, and remember where you started. Look at the progress you have made! Whoo, way to go girl!

  1. Stop comparing yourself to other people. It can be hard to do. You are scrolling on instagram and you stop your scroll, only to see someone that seems to have a better life then you do. Stop comparing someone else’s highlight reel to everyday life. There’s a good chance, they have their struggles too. I know I sure do.

  1. Remember to have fun. Setting goals is a good thing, yes! But, just remember to get out there and live your life. Stop and have fun, smell the roses from time to time. This in itself will give you a much needed rest, and will gear you up to stay motivated.
